Who Am I?
I decided that a move to Instructional Design would be the perfect transition that builds on my many years of experience as a corporate designer and teacher.
My years in education have given me the tools to break instruction down into learnable and relatable content. A career in Instructional Design would enable me to have meaningful work that touches on my two loves, designing and teaching.
I decided to pursue a career in Instructional Design because I believe my creative course development can make a difference to my learners. I know people learn best from well-designed training that uses human-centered design methodologies and principles.
What Do I do?
I help people and businesses achieve specific goals for improvement and company success.
Whether it is creating attention-grabbing job aides, instructor-led workshops, or interactive e-learning courses my goal is to create learning experiences that promote learning, productivity, and growth of the learner.
With intensive research and analysis, I design courses and supportive materials that address a learner's specific goals that are visually engaging and encourage learner interaction.
